Forms Signature Level Does Not Match Template

Symptoms​

  • Instance chip shows a different level than template settings page.

Likely causes​

  • Expected behavior after template edits. Instances keep signature snapshot taken at creation.

Resolution steps​

  1. Check instance created_at date.
  2. Check template revision history for signature-level change.
  3. Confirm instance uses stored snapshot value.
