Forms and Signing Overview

Operator App forms move through draft, submission, signature, and archive states.

Signing levels​

  • none
  • low
  • medium
  • high

Each instance now stores its own signature_level snapshot at creation time.

Why this matters​

  • Historical status views remain correct even if template settings change later.
