Create and Sign a Form Instance

Before you start​

  • Confirm your role has access to forms actions.
  • Ensure required package/modules are active.

Steps​

  1. Open Forms and select template.
  2. Create a new instance.
  3. Complete required fields.
  4. Submit and proceed to signature step.
  5. Apply signature and verify status is signed.

Expected result​

  • Instance appears in list with signed status.
  • Signature level chip reflects instance-level value.

Common mistakes​

  • Submitting with missing required fields.
  • Using wrong account role for approval/sign step.
