Before you start
- You must be owner or admin in Admin Portal.
- Confirm the user email is correct and accessible.
Steps
- Open Admin Portal and go to tenant or user administration.
- Select Invite User.
- Enter email and role scope.
- Send invite and confirm success message.
- Ask user to complete acceptance flow from invite email.
Expected result
- User appears as invited until acceptance.
- After acceptance, user can log in with assigned scope.
Common mistakes
- Inviting with wrong email domain.
- Assigning broader role than required.
