Invite a Platform User

Before you start

  • You must be owner or admin in Admin Portal.
  • Confirm the user email is correct and accessible.

Steps

  1. Open Admin Portal and go to tenant or user administration.
  2. Select Invite User.
  3. Enter email and role scope.
  4. Send invite and confirm success message.
  5. Ask user to complete acceptance flow from invite email.

Expected result

  • User appears as invited until acceptance.
  • After acceptance, user can log in with assigned scope.

Common mistakes

  • Inviting with wrong email domain.
  • Assigning broader role than required.
